32 River Bluff
This house was built in 1938 in the French Eclectic Style. First time on the Historic House Tour.

372 Spring
This circa 1871 house is this year's restoration in progress. Don't miss this dramatic transformation. First time on House Tour.

722 Douglas
Built in 1891, this is a high Victorian Queen Anne Style home with a traditional exterior & a tasteful 20th century interior. First time on Historic House Tour.
737 Spring
Built in 1898, this is a charming mid sized Queen Anne home with a stunning wrap around porch. First time on the House Tour.
803 Spring
Built in 1899, this is a Queen Anne home with Eastlake details. The interior of this home is pure Victoriana. Was included on the House Tour in 1987 as a restoration in progress.

814 Brook
Originally constructed in 1920 as a boarding house for D.C.Cook employees, this building has been transformed to a single family home. First time on the Historic House Tour.
826 Douglas
Built in 1906, this home's Dutch Colonial Revival exterior conceals a beautiful Arts & Crafts interior. First time on the House Tour.
891 Douglas
This lovely home designed in 1917 exhibits the architectural elements of Prairie Style with an interior to match. First time on the Historic House Tour.
900 Douglas
